Shipping Policy


Our shipping policy:
In the instance of this policy, any use of the terms (we, us, the company, our, ect.) are deemed to refer to TransCoastal Trading Co. Any use of the terms (you, your, the customer, the consumer, you're, yours, ect.) are deemed to refer to any party engaged in a customer-retailer relationship with TransCoastal Trading Co or any who have engaged, taken part in or purchased products or services from TransCoastal Trading Co.

Free Shipping to Canada and the United States *  2 - 4 weeks.
*Certain Products may not be available in specific regions or countries. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees on certain products that either have overtly thin margins or are not accepted at the same discounted rates our shipping providers offer us (which is what allows us to offer our Free-Shipping program on the majority of our inventory) These added fees will be Prominently Displayed on any affected Products.
Expedited Shipping times/cost varies - depending on package destination, size and weight. 



        All Orders will be Shipped within 1-7 business days of order placement, and email confirmation of your purchase as well as your tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment of the order in question (order confirmation sent upon order placement/confirmation of payment, including relevant  information relating to both parties as well as order-specific details such as Order #, Date Purchased and a list/sum of purchased items, totals and additional charges. This will act as your reciept).
           It is the customers responsibility to track their package once having received the provided tracking number.  If a shipment is returned to TransCoastal Trading due to non-deliverability or failure to collect from post office, Transcoastal Trading will re-attempt shipment 1 time (secondary shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer, and TransCoastal Trading reserves the right to pass any additional fee's incurred by the return and/or reshipment on to the customer). Adult Products are considered "opened" upon shipment, and due to the intimate nature of said adult products are considered un-returnable.

While it RARELY occurs, depending on the products making up an order international customs fees and/or duties may apply. If any such additional costs are associated with an order, the customer is responsible for paying them.


TransCoastal Trading co. is not responsible for Tracking or Replacing Lost or Damaged packages.
